Final landing Fontanot Splash R

The final landing Fontanot Splash R connects the staircase to the upper floor and includes only one side of the railing. It's available in three colors: Corten, Embossed Black 9005 and Ivory RAL 1015.

A final landing is also available that connects the staircase to the arrival floor and allows you to exit both frontally and sideways to adapt to all situations.

The railing for the second side of the landing is also available:

- second side landing railing: is used as protection if the external side of the staircase is distant from the wall

• Landing:
  The supplementary landing is manufactured in painted steel with a particular treatment that consists in a hot-dipped galvanization and subsequent powder coated varnish for outdoor use. It composed of a structure, four perforated steel treads making it an ideal non-slip staircase and only one side of the railing.

• Railing:
  The supplementary railing is composed of 2 vertical painted steel square-section balusters connected to each other by 5 square-section parallel tubes.

• Features materials:
  Fontanot Splash R is manufactured in varnished steel with a particular treatment that consists in a hot-dipped galvanization and subsequent powder coated varnish for outdoor use. The final result is a staircase that is exclusively indicated for outdoor installation because highly resistant to atmospheric elements. It can support temperatures ranging from -20° to 50°.

• Dimension and weight:
  The landing is delivered in a wooden box with 124x100x58 cm size and weight of 94 kg,
  
• Cleaning and maintenance:
  Clean the treads as soon as dirt spots and dust deposits appear and at least every 6 months using a soft cloth moistened with water and specific non-abrasive and non-aggressive detergents. NEVER use abrasive scourers. After cleaning, thoroughly dry the surfaces with a microfibre cloth to remove the haloes that form because of the limestone in the water. Approximately 12 months from the date of installation, check tightness of the screws of the various components. Should even the smallest malfunction occur, it is obligatory to immediately and professionally carry out extraordinary maintenance.

All spiral staircases whether new or replacement need to comply with the UK building regulations - there are also special requirements for Spiral Stairs and Space Saver stairs which are detailed in BS5395-2, the British Standard which applies to staircases of this type, BS5395-2 is referred to in building regulations as the general standard for spiral staircases and helical stairs.
